Who we work with, and what we build

Recent work helping specialist and professional services businesses strengthen their digital presence through strategy, websites, content and video.

Cook Costello

Multidisciplinary engineering consultancy · Whangārei, Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch

Cook Costello has been practising since 1976, delivering civil, structural and geotechnical engineering across New Zealand with surveying and geophysics in house. The work runs from single homes and local subdivisions through to major infrastructure and large scale natural hazard recovery. Four offices, with engineering, surveying and geophysics capability across the practice.

What began as a strategic review, evolved into a foundation rebuild and a trusted ongoing marketing partenrship.

What they were working toward

“We wanted to be more visible, particularly through our website and social media, and ultimately generate more enquiries through our online presence.”

Foundation build

The build started with positioning, sharpening how Cook Costello describes its work and why, then carried that through a brand refresh: new logo, colour system and voice.

The website was structured to make Cook Costello’s expertise, experience and service information clear to prospective clients and search systems, with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 connected from launch.

We then applied the new system across the firm’s print and digital materials, including capability statements, flyers, report covers, presentation templates, posters and email signatures. This was followed by a LinkedIn campaign plan and a Google Ads campaign, from keyword research and setup through to the landing pages.

Marketing Partner

The partnership runs month to month, shaped by what the practice has coming up rather than a fixed content quota. Website copy, SEO and articles keep the site current. Paid and organic LinkedIn activity supports ongoing distribution and visibility. Collateral gets built for events and conferences as they come up, and Google Ads is researched, set up and managed on an ongoing basis.

A monthly strategy consultation and direct access in between cover everything that doesn’t fit neatly into a channel.

Bright Studio Architects

Architecture practice · Bath, United Kingdom

Bright Studio is based in Bath and works on residential renovations, conversions and extensions across Somerset and Wiltshire. The practice is built around listening closely to how clients actually want to live and designing around that, rather than arriving with a predetermined style. Bright Studio brings British planning expertise and a Mediterranean design sensibility to each project, with particular depth in conservation areas and listed buildings.

Bright Studio completed a 5-Day Marketing Review with Fourwire and moved into a Foundation Build. The work begins with a brand refresh that reflects the character of the practice, followed by a new website built for organic search and AI visibility, with the aim of attracting a steadier flow of well-matched projects and making it easier for the right clients to find the practice first.

What they were working toward

A more consistent marketing presence to improve visibility and bring in a steadier flow of well-matched projects.

Video production

Crystal Consulting

Specialist training and consulting organisation

Crystal Consulting helps organisations and their people get better at delivering projects, through consulting, governance advice and structured training programmes.

We produced a full video suite for the course launch, including a long-form sales video, promotional film, short-form social edits and course introduction videos. The production was shaped around the existing brand and course messaging so the different formats felt consistent while each had a clear role in the launch.

Podcast, video and photography

E3 Consulting

Capability, leadership and organisational resilience consulting

E3 works with organisations on how their people develop, how their leaders are prepared, and how the practice holds up when conditions change. The advice sits on social science research.

We produced a podcast series and founder portraits for use across the practice’s website, speaking profiles and published work. The full first episode was also produced as a video, to give the podcast a stronger presence at launch and make it easier to share across platforms where video carries more weight than audio alone.
