BEFORE THE PLAN

The cost of wrong diagnosis

Free audits and generic checklists tell you what’s technically wrong. They rarely tell you what to fix first, and fixing the wrong thing first is expensive. Months spent on a rebrand when the real issue was search visibility, or a new website when the real issue was that nobody could find it.

The 5-day marketing review removes that guesswork. You get a specific, prioritised view of the gaps we find, why they matter and what we recommend addressing first.

Already had AI recommend a plan? Send it through.

Include it with your intake form and we will check it against what is actually happening in your market. No extra charge. It forms part of the review.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

A structured review of how clients find and assess your business.

01

Positioning and messaging

Whether your expertise actually comes through in how you describe your work, or reads like every other firm in your sector, and what to change if it doesn't.

02

Website and conversion

Whether your website meets the criteria a prospective client uses when comparing their options, from first impression through to the next step.

03

Search and AI visibility

Where you show up when the right people search for what you do, in Google and in AI-assisted search, and where the highest-value opportunities are being missed.

04

Competitor positioning snapshot

How you compare to the specific firms most likely to appear on the same shortlist, and where that comparison currently works against you.

05

Findings summary and priority fix sequence

What's specifically underperforming or missing, in plain terms, and the order to fix it in. Fixing the wrong thing first delays results, no matter how well it's done.

06

Live strategy walkthrough call

A 60-minute call to walk through every finding, ask questions, and agree what happens next.

What you walk away with

A specific plan for your business.

The analysis considers your firm, current marketing and selected competitors. It is not an automated score or a generic checklist.

The recommendations are ordered so you know what needs attention first, what can wait and how the different actions fit together.

The report is yours to use. You can act on it internally, take it to another provider or ask Fourwire to help with the next stage.

How the review works

From booking to full diagnosis

Send your request

Tell us what prompted the review. Within one business day we’ll set up a 30-minute call to talk through your business and goals, and confirm the review is the right fit.

Confirm and complete the questionnaire

After the call, we send a short agreement. The review fee is paid upfront. You then complete a questionnaire about your business, goals and current marketing. Your 5 business days start once we have your answers.

Your review runs for 5 business days

We work through the agreed areas, combining your answers with what we can see from the outside. We then prepare your report, supporting analysis and the order we’d tackle things in.

Receive the report and discuss the findings

We send your report, then go through it with you on a 60-minute call. If you book a Foundation Build within 30 days, the full review fee is credited towards it.

No double-billing

Continue with Fourwire and and receive the full review fee as credit.

The review is a complete standalone service. There is no requirement to continue working with Fourwire.

If you begin a Foundation Build or Marketing Partner engagement within 30 days of receiving the report, the full NZ$650 review fee is credited against your first invoice, subject to confirming the scope.

NZ$650

credited in full toward a Foundation Build or a Marketing Partner engagement when you proceed within 30 days of receiving your report.

No partial credit, no conditions beyond the timeframe.

BOOK YOUR REVIEW

Request your 5-day marketing review

Tell us about your business and what’s prompting this. We’ll respond within one business day, confirm the details and send through the intake questionnaire.

The five business days run from the point your completed questionnaire is received, so the timeline is in your hands rather than sitting in a queue.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What people ask before they book.

Is this just a pitch for more work?

No. The review is a complete, standalone deliverable. You receive a written report and a priority fix sequence that you can act on yourself, with another agency, or with Fourwire. If you proceed with a Foundation Build, the fee is credited. If you don’t, you still have everything you need to act on the findings independently.

After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form with around 20 questions covering your business, current marketing activity and what you would like the review to help with. If you would prefer to speak with us first, we can arrange a short, informal conversation before you complete the form. The five-business-day delivery period begins when we receive your completed form.

A discovery call is a conversation. This is a structured review with five specific written deliverables, completed independently and delivered as a report. The value sits in the depth of the findings: real analysis of your positioning, your website, your search presence and your competitors, not a conversation about what might be possible.

Often, yes. An outside review gives you a benchmark against what the market actually sees, independent of whoever currently manages your marketing. It can confirm what’s working, surface gaps that have been missed, and give you a clearer brief to work from, whether that’s an agency, a freelancer or an internal team.

Yes, and send the plan through with your intake form. AI can produce a useful starting structure, but the quality depends on the information and research it is given. The 5-Day Marketing Review checks the plan against current search results, your website, selected competitors and the evidence gathered for your business. Generic prompts can also produce generic recommendations. We check which parts are specific enough to use, which need evidence and what the plan may have missed.

That’s fine. You can use the findings and priority sequence to plan your marketing over the months ahead without committing to further work. If more time passes, some recommendations may need to be revisited as your business and marketing change.

If you continue with a Foundation Build or Marketing Partner engagement within 30 days of receiving your report, the full review fee is credited.

Yes. Fourwire works with specialist businesses regardless of location. The review is conducted remotely and all deliverables are written documents, so there’s no requirement to be based in New Zealand. Pricing for international clients is quoted in NZD unless otherwise agreed.
